A message from the Headteacher

Holly Hall School is a successful, mixed, over subscribed, 11-16, urban and ethnically diverse Foundation School. It is situated to the south west of the centre of Dudley.

There are currently 727 pupils on roll, 351 girls and 376 boys. Most pupils have previously attended one of Holly Hall’s four main feeder schools, although we receive pupils from as many as 20 other primary schools.

Our vision, ethos and values are summed up in the phrase “Excellence for Everyone”. All of our pupils are encouraged to aspire to excellence and to exceed their own expectations academically, socially and personally. We want them to be happy and healthy, developing the confidence and skills to become caring adults who will be able to play a positive role in the community where adaptability, enterprise and consideration for others are increasingly important. We actively promote and celebrate cultural diversity through a range of school and community events and many learning opportunities.

Holly Hall is a Mathematics and Computing College, and our pupils enjoy access to the latest hi-tech facilities for 21st Century learning in all areas of the curriculum.

The GCSE results this summer were the best in the history of the school with 64% of pupils achieving 5 or more A* - C grades. An impressive 49% of pupils achieved 5 or more top GCSE grades, including English and Mathematics.

We enjoy extensive links with our partner primary and secondary schools as well as the local community and business organisations. We particularly value the tremendous support of parents and carers, recognising their key role in the learning process.

I am sure your child will enjoy being part of the Holly Hall family. They will be given every opportunity to gain academic success and personal fulfilment and to develop their talents and social skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
